Der Mitbewohner ist aus Kabul, 21 Jahre alt und spricht gut deutsch. Er legt sehr viel wert auf Sauberkeit und ist wirklich sehr ordentlich.
Im zu vermietenden Zimmer steht ein Doppelbett und ein großer Schrank. Auch die Waschmaschine sollte übernommen werden. Die Möbel sind nur ca. 2.5 Jahre alt. Preis VHB.
