Ab Ende April 2024 wird mein Zimmer in der WG frei da ich zurück nach Deutschland ziehe.
Hierfür Suche ich eine Nachfolgerin/ einen Nachfolger.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und befindet sich im 6ten Bezirk.
Fußweg zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind exakt 20 meter und 5min Fußweg zum Bahnhof Nyugati.
Jedes Zimmer in der WG hat ein eigenes Bad mit Toilette und Dusche.
Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und Bett sind vorhanden.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und wird von allen Mitbewohnern gut und gerne genutzt.
In der WG wohnen zur Zeit Maja 22Jahre alt aus Deutschland (Studentin im Bereich Medizin) und Aron 28 Jahre alt aus Ungarn/Deutschland (Voll-Beschäftigt in Sales).

From the end of April 2024 my room in the shared flat will be free as I am moving back to Germany.
For this I am looking for a successor.
The apartment is very well located in the 6th district.
Walking distance to the next bus stop is exactly 20 meters and 5min walking distance to the train station Nyugati.
Each room in the shared flat has its own bathroom with toilet and shower.
Desk, closet and bed are available.
The kitchen is fully equipped and is used by all flatmates.
At the moment Maja 22 years old from Germany (student in medicine) and Aron 28 years old from Hungary/Germany (fully employed in sales) live in the shared flat.

Ich habe nun ein wenig mehr als 2 Jahre in der WG gewohnt und kann absolut nichts negatives über die Lage sagen.
Der 6te Bezirk ist sehr gut gelegen und befindet sich direkt in der Stadt auf der Pest Seite der Stadt. Parks, Bars und der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock des Denkmalgeschützen Lindenbaum Haus mit viel natürlichem Licht und großen Fenstern.
I have now lived in the shared flat for a little over 2 years and have absolutely nothing negative to say about the location.
The 6th district is very well located and is middle of the city at the Pest side. Parks, bars and public transportation are only a few minutes away.
The apartment is on the second floor of the Lindenbaum house with lots of natural light and large windows.
Die Mitbewohner sind extrem freundlich und wir unternehmen gerne etwas zusammen.
Gerade im Sommer ist Budapest ein traum und die möglichkeiten für gemeinsame Unternehmungen sind endlos.
The flatmates are extremely friendly and we enjoy doing things together.
Budapest is a dream, especially in summer, and the possibilities for things to do together are endless.
