It is sunny and calm because the flat doesn't face directly the busy surrounding streets from either side.
The flat is on top (4-th) floor and there is an elevator.

The 21 sqm room is south facing/sunny and has an AC.
Wlan as well as sockets for fiber internet (250 Mbit/s) are available in each bedroom.

Rent: 480€
The rent includes utilities (gas, electricity, water, internet, common costs).
Deposit: two months' rent.
Rent excludes: cleaning.


The wanted Flatmate:
I am looking for someone with pleasant personality, easy to communicate with (responsive, flexible) and with proactive attitude in taking on household maintenance responsibilities.

The request should include a short personal introduction (who you are/what do you do, for how long are you looking to rent and anything relevant as potential future flatmate). I'll be happy to then share further details about the flat and us flatmates and answer any questions. We'll then schedule a video call first, and finally a flat viewing in person, if possible.
