ich biete ein schönes Zimmer in meiner Wohnung. Da ich viel arbeite, bin ich nicht viel zuhause. Daher vermiete ich nun eines meiner Zimmer an jemanden, der ein Zimmer sucht. Ich habe eine Bedingung für die Vermietung. Ich habe gerade kein Auto, da mein Sohn ab September in den Kindergarten in Bad Endorf geht und ich ihn zwei Tage die Woche sehe. Benötige ich eine Fahrdienst. Dafür würde ich auch bei der Miete runter gehen oder sogar das Zimmer für kostenfrei vermieten. Es wäre dann für uns eine Win-Win Lösung.
