The room bright with 4 windows and is about 11 square meters and is located on the first floor of an old house and there is a possibility to move in from 28.07.2018 with contract.
The kitchen is fully equipped, consisting of oven, electric stove with hob and a fridge. The house has two halls and a keller and a small storage room.
The bathroom also includes a washing machine which you can use for free.
The bikes can be parked outside the house.
Regarding the furnitures I would like to have a non refundable 30 euros for the mattress cabinets, clothes hanging compartment, table, chair, computer screen and an old bicycle(in working condition).
You might have to pay additional nebenkosten in case the house owner sends a letter with usage of water which is higher than normal in an year.
The house is converted to be a WG. So, as a main and mandatory house rule all the persons in the house take turns cleaning the kitchen and bathroom in a month.
The shared flat is located in Arheilgen. Below are some details for travel and shoppigng.
Travel:
To luisenplataz, Eberstadt or Alsbach: Every 15 minutes there is a tram (6,7, or 8 numbered tram) which takes approximately 4 minutes to reach the stop.
To Frankfurt, Langen, Darmstadt Hbf: Every 30 minutes from Arheilgen Bahnof which could be reach by foot in 14 minutes, bike by 6 minutes or take the Bus A from Meseler Strasse.
Shopping:
Edeka, DM, Apotheke, SParkasse, Commerz Bank, Volksbank: 4 minutes walk
Aldi: 15 minutes walk or 3 stops using tram and Bus AH.
Currently there are two occupants and both are working and as well as studying.
