Ich werde ab Oktober für 6 Monaten mein Praktikum in einer anderen Stadt absolvieren. Deswegen wird mein Zimmer in diesem Zeitraum frei.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster Richtung Osten. So siehst du morgens immer den wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang und das Zimmer ist wirklich hell und geeignet für Zimmerpflanzen :)
Die Warmmiete beträgt 376 € + 8 € für Rundfunkbeitrag

Du wirst mit Hasareh (25 Jahre alt) in der Wohnung wohnen. Ihr teilt die Küche und Bad zusammen.
Sie ist sehr lieb und freundlich, liebt Pflanzen und kann jeden viele hilfreiche Tipps geben. Sie studiert Biotechnologie an der h_da, sie ist Kaffeeexpertin, macht gerne Sport und in ihrer Freizeit spielt sie Klavier (mit Headphone :D) liest sie oder geht gerne spazieren in die Natur.

You will live in the apartment with Hasareh (25 years old). You share the kitchen and bathroom together.
Hasareh is really kind. She loves plants and can give everyone a lot of helpful tips. She studies biotechnology at the h_da, she is a coffee expert, does sports and in her free time she plays piano (with headphone: D), reads or goes for a walk in nature.

es gibt genug Fahrradplätze hier im Hof außerdem haben wir einen Keller den du auch mit nutzen darfst. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz zu mieten.
im Untergeschoss gibt's einen Waschraum für alle Studenten des Hauses.
