Die Wohung umfasst neben den Zimmern der Bewohner noch einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche und Tisch, sowie zwei Bäder mit Dusche und zwei Abstellräume. Das Bett, der Schrank, der Schreibtisch und die drei Regale bleiben im Zimmer. Die zwei Pflanzen können auch gern drin bleiben :)

Das Gebäude liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Zur nächsten Haltestelle läuft man etwa 5 Minuten. Mit dem Bus ist man dann in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad ebenfalls. Auf dem Geläde des Studentenwohnheims sind zudem Grillmöglichkeiten, sowie ein Volleyballfeld vorhanden.

The building is located in a quiet area. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the nearest bus stop. By bus you can reach the city center in 10 minutes. By bike as well. There are also barbecue facilities and a volleyball court on the grounds of the dormitory.

Ich mache demnächst ein Auslandssemester und suche daher einen Untermieter. Da ich die Wohnung zur Untermiete vermiete und dies ein Studentenwerk ist, können nur Studierende der TU Darmstadt oder HDA den Untermietvertrag abschließen. Die Daten (Einzug und Auszug) sind nicht fix, sondern können nach Absprache angepasst werden.
Zum Waschen und Trocknen von Kleidung gibt es einen Waschraum.
Alle Wohnungen hier wurden vor nicht so langer Zeit saniert und daher ist alles sehr modern! Meldet euch gern bei mir bei weiteren Fragen!

I am doing a semester abroad soon and therefore looking for a subtenant. Since I rent the apartment for subletting and this is a student union, only students of the TU Darmstadt or HDA can sign the sublease. The dates (move-in and move-out) are not fixed, but can be adjusted by arrangement.
There is a laundry room for washing and drying clothes.
All apartments here were renovated not so long ago and therefore everything is very modern! Feel free to contact me for further questions!
