Die 2er-Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss von Haus Nr. 128 des Wohnheimes fair. Sie besitzt insgesamt zwei seperate Zimmer, einen gemeinschaftlichen Raum mit Küchenzeile und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche.
The appartment is part of the student dormitory ‘fair‘, house no. 128. It contains 2 separate bedrooms, one common room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Dein Zimmer:
- Grundausstattung des Wohnheimes: ein Bett 100 x 200 cm mit zwei geräumigen Schubladen, ein Schreibtisch und ein großer Kleiderschrank
- meine eigenen Möbel, die ich dir für die Mietdauer gegen eine Kaution überlassen würde: ein Standspiegel, ein Nachttisch mit Lampe, ein Schreibtischstuhl und eine Schreibtischlampe
Your room:
- Bed (100 x 200 cm, two spacious drawers beneath the bed, large desk, big closet
- my private furnishings you can use during your stay: a big mirror, a side table with lamp, a desk chair and a desk lamp
Küche/Gemeinschaftsraum:
- ein Herd, ein Kühlschrank (ohne Gefrierfach) und eine Spüle, jedoch keinen Backofen, dafür aber viel Stauraum in den Küchenschränken :)
- Grundausstattung des Wohnheimes: ein kleiner Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen und zwei Hocker
- eigene Möbel: ein Vorratsregal und ein Schuhschrank

Das Studentenwohnheim befindet sich im Stadtteil Darmstadt-Bessungen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum TU-Lichtwiese Campus. Circa 2 Minuten entfernt befindet sich eine Haltestelle mit welcher man mit beiden Bahnlinien innerhalb von 10 Minuten die Innenstadt erreicht. Außerdem in der Nähe findet man einen Rewe To Go, Rewe Markt sowie Getränkemarkt und einen Kiosk.
The dormitory is located very near the TU-Lichtwiese Campus. Approximately 2 minutes remote you can find a station which takes you to the city center within 10 minutes. Also close to the dormitory you can find a REWE supermarket and REWE To Go which is openened 24/7.
Freizeitmöglichkeiten:
An der Wohnheimanlage befinden sich viele kleine Treffpunkte, an welchen man sich verabreden, Tischtennis sowie Tischkicker spielen kann und in der Grillhütte grillen kann. Direkt nebenan liegt zudem das Hochschulstadion, welches TU-Studenten gratis und h_da-Studenten zum Eintritt von 1,50€ betreten können um Sport zu treiben. Außerdem gibt es einen Kletterpark und gute Möglichkeiten spazieren zu gehen.
Hinter dem Wohnheim liegt das Merck-Stadion, in welchem regelmäßig Fußballspiele stattfinden.
15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt befindet sich die Orangerie mit ihrem schönen Park, welcher sich ebenso ideal als Treffpunkt eignet.
Activities:
Around the dormitory there are many opportunities and places where you can meet your friends, play ping-pong, tabletop soccer and have barbecue in the grill hut. Right next to the appartment you‘ll find the Hochschulstadion which you can enter for free (as a TU-Student) or pay 1,50 euros (as an h_da-Student). If you want to go climbing, you can visit the climbing centre next to the Hochschulstadion.
Behind the dormitory is the Merck-Stadium.
It also takes 15 minutes to walk to the Orangerie with its beautiful park which you can spend your freetime in.
Die Lage ist sehr sicher und ruhig, da sie von vielen Studierenden in den benachbarten Wohnheimen bewohnt ist.
The location is very secure and quiet since your neighbors are mostly students.
Das andere Zimmer der WG wird von einer guten Freundin ebenfalls für ein halbes Jahr ab Oktober bezogen. Sie ist 20 Jahre alt und studiert Bauingenieurswesen an der TU.
Sowohl sie als auch ich und meine derzeitige Mitbewohnerin legen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit, vor allem da wir nach unserem Auslandsaufenthalt in eine saubere Wohnung zurückkehren wollen. Außerdem bitte ich dich, die Möbel, welche wir in unserer Abwesenheit zur Verfügung stellen, gut zu behandeln.
Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich teilen uns die Putzarbeit beispielsweise immer gerecht auf, sodass die Arbeit nicht an einem hängen bleibt.
The other room belongs to a good friend who also stays for the winter semester until me and my flat mate return. She is 20 years old and studies structural engineering at the TU.
Both her and I set value on cleanliness. Especially after being abroad for half a year we wish to come back into a clean appartment. As an example: My current flat mate and I always split the cleaning work.
Moreover, I hope you take good care of my private furnishings i let you use during my absence.
Als Zwischenmieter suche ich eine verantwortungsvolle Person, welcher ich mein Zimmer und die WG guten Gewissens übergeben kann. Geschlecht und Alter spielen dabei keine Rolle. Austauschsstudenten sind auch willkommen! :) Die einzige Bedingung ist, dass du nachweislich an der TU oder h_da immatrikuliert und für das Wintersemester 2023/24 rück-/angemeldet bist.

As an interim tenant I‘m looking for a responsible person which I can trust with my room and appartment. Gender and Age doesn‘t matter, international exchange students are welcome too! :) The only condition is that you have to be an enrolled student at h_da or TU-Darmstadt and studying during the winter semester (2023/24).
