The room is 17 m² large and has a balcony facing north-west.
It has wooden flooring and it receives lots of natural light, with shutters also able to completely block it out when needed.
The furniture that you can see on the photos can be used by you during your stay. There is a bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a couple of shelfs. There is an option of having the room until the end of the year or even overtaking longterm.
The flat has a kitchen with all necessary kitchen utensils and two bathrooms, with one containing the toilet and the other containing the shower.
We also have a washing machine along with a dishwasher :)
The Nebenkosten include energy, heating, GEZ, Internet, etc.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 m² groß und hat einen Balkon Richtung Nord-West.
Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit Parkettboden und durch seine Fensterfront sehr hell.
Die Möbel, die du auf den Fotos siehst kannst du während deines Aufenthalts natürlich verwenden.
Es besteht eventuell die Möglichkeit das Zimmer bis Ende des Jahres oder sogar langfristig zu übernehmen.
Zu dem Zimmer gehört eine Küche mit einer kleinen Sitzgelegenheit und allen möglichen Küchenutensilien, die man so braucht, ein Duschbad und ein separates WC (so kommt man sich am Morgen nicht so schnell in die Quere). Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und sogar eine Spülmaschine :)
In den Nebenkosten inklusive sind Strom, Heizung, GEZ, Internet, etc.
The flat is very centrally located. You can reach the city center within 3 minutes. Luisenplatz is 5-7 minutes walking distance (depending on how long your legs are haha). From there you can catch (almost) any tram or bus. The closest shopping possibilities are Aldi, Netto, Rewe and Alnatura. Central station is a 15-20 minute walk, or you can catch the tram.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral.
Innerhalb von 3 Minuten bist du in der Stadt und innerhalb von 5-7 Minuten (je nach Länge der Beine) kannst du vom Luisenplatz aus in (fast) jede Straßenbahn- oder Buslinie einsteigen.
Die nächstgelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein Aldi, ein Netto und ein Rewe und auch Alnatura ist direkt um die Ecke.
Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist nicht weit entfernt und kann in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Du kannst aber natürlich auch in einen Bus oder eine Bahn hüpfen.
The people you would live with are Nicole (28) and Smita (25).
Aybike is your first roommate, she is pursuing her Phd. She is quite busy mostly on weekdays and on weekends, she likes to relax and do more of her Phd stuff. She also likes to go out and cook.
Your other flatmate is Nicole.
Nicole is currently an apprentice at a public library and at work most days during the week (and sometimes Saturdays). She is a friendly person who likes to relax after work with a good book or movie.
