The house has been renovated and equipped with two completely new bathrooms. Complete kitchen equipment, washing machine and dryer are available.
The room has new flooring, a sideboard, a desk, a reading chair, a bed & mattress and a closet. This room is located opposite a newly renovated bathroom.
The house has a large communal living room and a spacious garden and includes six furnished bedrooms.
The total monthly costs are €680 per month, including all additional expenses (weekly cleaning of communal areas, electricity, water, WiFi, insurance, and house maintenance).
The additional costs are FIXED and will not increase more than the € 710 per month.
