Mit der Tram (Haltestelle Rhönring 2 Minuten entfernt), ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten am Luisenplatz oder auch am Hauptbahnhof. Die Haltestelle Pallaswiesenstraße ist ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

Aber auch mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß ist alles in unmittelbarer Nähe (Innenstadt zu Fuß dauert 20 Minuten).
Ein kleiner Rewe ist 5 Minuten entfernt, der Aldi 7 Minuten. Auch Cafes, Bars und Restaurants sind um die Ecke :)

Everything is fairly close and you will reach the city center within 20 min walking distance.
A small Rewe is 5 min, the Aldi 7 min away. Cafes, bars and restaurants are also just around the corner :)

Zusammenleben wirst du mit meinem lieben Mitbewohner und guten Freund Marc. Wir beide kennen uns aus unserem Filmstudium und sind alles andere als eine Zwecks-WG. Da wir seit Abschluss des Studium beide freiberuflich im Filmbereich arbeiten ergänzen wir uns sowohl kreativ, als auch menschlich sehr gut.
Einen immer gleichen Arbeitsalltag gibt es durch unser Freiberufler-Dasein nicht. Jede Woche sieht anders aus, mal im Homeoffice, mal unterwegs :)

Marc ist ein offener, humorvoller, liebenswerter Mensch. Natürlich ist alles ganz nach dem Motto "alles kann, nichts muss", aber mir ist in jedem Fall wichtig, dass ihr euch gut versteht und die Chemie stimmt.

You will live together with my roommate and good friend Marc. We both know each other from our film studies and are anything but just a functional flat share. We have both been working as freelancers in the film industry since completing our studies and get along well on a creative as well as a personal level.
Because of our flexible jobs, we don't have a regular everyday routine. Every week looks different, sometimes in the home office, sometimes on the go :)

Marc is an open, humorous, lovable person. Of course, living together should be in an “everything is possible, nothing is mandatory” kind of way, but it is still important to me that you two get along well and the chemistry is right :)

Wir haben keinen Putzplan, allerdings liegt uns beiden Sauberkeit sehr am Herzen. Wenn mal etwas stehen bleibt ist das für niemanden ein Problem, aber ein funktionierendes Grundgespür für Sauberkeit setzen wir voraus :)

Allgemein ist mir wichtig, dass ich mein Zimmer an einen zuverlässigen, sauberen Menschen vergebe, der/die alles so hinterlässt wie er/sie es vorgefunden hat.
Natürlich kann es auch mal passieren, dass etwas kaputt geht, das ist alles in Ordnung, solange man es kommuniziert.

We don't have a cleaning schedule, but tidiness is very important to both of us. If you happen to forget to clean up something now and then, it's not a problem for anyone, but we do require a basic sense of cleanliness :)

In general, it is important to me that I give my room to a reliable, clean person who leaves everything just as he/she found it. Of course, sometimes things can break, but that's all fine as long as you communicate it.
