Ich, Alex, suche eine/n neue/n MitbewohnerIn fuer unsre 2er-WG. Zu vermieten sind 2 Zimmer (15 + 6 qm) in 75qm-Wohnung. Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne, grosse voll ausgestattete Küche, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, ISDN/DSL/Flat/WLAN, alles incl für 300,-
Wichtig ist mir hauptsächlich, dass wir eine WG bilden und keine reine Zweckgemeinschaft mit Kostenteilung, dann könnte ich das kleine Zimmer nämlich auch zum Aquarium umbauen und mir Fische halten...;-) Aus diesem Grund wünsche ich mir auch eine (geplante) Mindestwohndauer >1 Jahr, wohnen auf zeit endet meist doch in einer Zweckgemeinschaft!
PS: Als gelegentlicher Nichtraucher hab ich nix gegen Raucher, die Wohnung ist aber blauer-Dunst-freie-Zone!
