Das Zimmer ist 10 Meter groß, ein bisschen klein, aber bequem und ausreichend für eine Person, es hat auch einen Schrank, der viel Platz für die Organisation spart. Das Zimmer wird nur mit einem Bett weitergegeben, so dass du die andere Möbel suchen kannst und nach deinen Wünschen einrichten und gestalten kannst :)
Der Abschlag von 60 Euro für das Bett, die Waschmaschine und andere Dinge, die in der Wohnung bleiben, muss an mich gezahlt werden.

Die Wohnung hat also eine gute Lage.

Hallo, ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter oder Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer, hier wohnen My, Jefferson, Paulo und ich. Aber da ich ausziehe, bleiben 3 Leute und dewegen sind wir auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitglied.
Im Allgemeinen suchen wir jemanden, der kommunikativ ist, sauber und hat eine nette und respektvolle Kommunikation mit anderen.
Normalerweise ist jeder hier mit der Universität, Arbeit oder anderen Aktivitäten beschäftigt, aber manchmal treffen wir uns in der Küche und reden über alles, natürlich alles kann, nichts muss und deswegen wird deine Privatsphäre respektiert, wenn du sie willst.
