Das Zimmer ist schön und gemütlich mit französischem Balkon und elektrischen Rollläden. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit einem Bett+Matratze, Tisch, Stuhl, Schrank und einem großen Regal. Das Gebäude ist neu (2020) und die Küche hat eine Mikrowelle, einen Backofen und einen Induktionsherd. Alle Möbel werden vom Eigentümer gestellt. In der Miete sind auch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner enthalten, die separat für unsere Wohnung im Keller liegen.
The room is nice and cozy with French balcony and electric rolling window blinds.
The room is fully furnished with a bed+mattress, table, chair, cupboard and one big shelf.
The building is new (2020) and the kitchen has microwave, oven and an induction stove. All the furniture is given by the owner. The rent includes the washing machine and dryer as well, with is separate for our flat, located in the basement.

Shweta macht ihre PHD und Aryan macht seinen Bachelor.
You will be sharing the apartment with two other students, both of them are studying at TU Darmstadt.
Shweta is doing her PHD and Aryan is pursuing his Bachelor's.
Die Wohnung kann nach Terminvereinbarung besichtigt werden. Ein virtueller Rundgang ist derzeit nicht möglich, da ich im Urlaub bin. Auf Anfrage kann ein Video der gesamten Wohnung geteilt werden.
Die Miete (550 €) ist eine Warmmiete und beinhaltet alles: Strom, Heizung, Rundfunk-/Fernsehsteuer, Internet/WLAN usw.
Zum Gebäude gehört ein Gemeinschaftsgarten, der von allen genutzt werden kann.
The apartment is available for viewing with appointment. Virtual tour is not currently possible as I am on a vacation. A video of the entire apartment can be shared upon request.
