Das Zimmer hat 12,4 qm und ist eines von 5 Zimmern in der WG. Die Wohnung hat zwei Badezimmer und eine gemütliche Küche mit schönem Blick über Darmstadt. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett inkl. Matratze, Kleiderschrank, ausklappbaren Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl und Regalen.
Wichtig: Das Zimmer ist nur zur Untermiete von Anfang Mai bis Ende August verfügbar. Für diesen Zeitraum bleiben alle Möbel, Lampen, Matratze, etc. im Zimmer, es muss somit nicht viel (außer evtl. eigene Dekoration, usw.) mitgebracht werden.
Die Miete beträgt 430€ inklusive aller Nebenkosten und 900€ Kaution.
Es gibt einen Fahrradkäfig im Hof, der kostenlos benutzt werden kann, sowie einen Keller, in dem Fahrräder kostenpflichtig abgestellt werden können. So verhält es sich auch mit dem Parkplatz, der im Hof angemietet werden kann.

The room has 12.4 square meters and is one of 5 rooms in the shared flat. The apartment has two bathrooms and a cozy kitchen with a beautiful view over Darmstadt. The room is furnished with a bed incl. mattress, closet, fold-out desk, desk chair and shelves.
Important: The room is only available from the beginning of May to the end of August. For this period, all furniture, lamps, mattress, etc. remain in the room, so you do not have to bring much (except possibly your own decoration, etc.).
The rent is 430€ including all additional costs and 900€ deposit.
There is a bicycle cage in the courtyard that can be used free of charge, as well in the basement where bicycles can be stored for a fee. The same applies to the parking space, which can be rented in the courtyard.
Die Lage könnte kaum besser an den ÖPNV angebunden sein. Der Hauptbahnhof mit allen Verbindungen ist weniger als fünf Minuten entfernt. Zur Innenstadt dauert es zu Fuß ungefähr 20 Minuten, mit der Straßenbahn/Bus 8 Minuten. Im Bahnhof befindet sich auch der nächste Supermarkt, der jeden Tag in der Woche geöffnet hat. Ansonsten ist der nächste Supermarkt 7 Minuten weiter zu Fuß entfernt.

The location could hardly be better connected to public transport. The main train station with all connections is less than five minutes away. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center and 8 minutes by tram/bus. The nearest supermarket, which is open every day of the week, is also located at the station. Otherwise, the nearest supermarket is a 7-minute walk away.
Du würdest mit Lea (24 & Bachelor BWL), Samuel (24 & Master Informatik), Jan (23 & Bachelor Informatik) und mir, Nele (25 & Master Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) zusammenwohnen. Das WG-Leben ist sehr ausgeglichen, nachdem jeder seinen eigenen Tagesablauf hat, läuft man sich meistens am Abend über den Weg und kann ein paar nette Worte miteinander reden. Ansonsten planen wir auch immer wieder WG-Abende, bei denen wir zusammen was schönes unternehmen (zusammen kochen, Spieleabende, Weihnachtsmarkt, usw.). Wir haben einen wöchentlichen Putzplan, der immer durch wechselt, sodass jeder mal dran ist.

You would be living with Lea (24 & Bachelor Business Administration), Samuel (24 & Master Computer Science), Jan (23 & Bachelor Computer Science) and me, Nele (25 & Master Industrial Engineering). Life in the shared flat is very balanced, as everyone has their own daily routine, we usually bump into each other in the evening and can have a few nice words with each other. Apart from that, we always plan evenings where we do something nice together (cooking together, games evenings, Christmas market, etc.). We have a weekly cleaning schedule that changes every week so that everyone gets a turn.
