Mit festem Ein-Auszugsdatum bietet sich das 11m2 groß Zimmer alles was man sich wünschen kann.
Location:
5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Tram/Bus in allen Richtungen. Es gibt in der Nähe (10-15 min zu Fuß) einen Rewe sowie einige arabischen Läden, die man sich frieches Obst/Gemüse kaufen kann. Zur TU kann man entweder mit Tram in 6-7 Min oder mit dem Fahrrad in 5-6 Minuten erreichen.
Flatshare:
Derzeit wohnen zwei Jungs in der WG. Wir haben einen Putzplan.
Zur Zwischenmiete:
Ich ziehe am 30.04 früh aus. Dann komm ich wieder am 13.05 zurück. Also für 13 Tage möchte ich mein Zimmer vermieten. Wegen meinem Auszug sieht das Zimmer so chaotisch aus. sorry haha xD
With a fixed move-in/move-out date, this 11m² room offers everything you could wish for.
Location: 5 minutes walk to tram/bus stops in all directions. Nearby (10-15 minutes walk) there's a Rewe supermarket and several Arabic stores where you can buy fresh fruits/vegetables. You can reach the Technical University either by tram in 6-7 minutes or by bike in 5-6 minutes.
Flatshare: Currently, two guys live in the shared apartment. We have a cleaning schedule in place.
For sublet: I'll be moving out early on April 30th and returning on May 13th. So, I'd like to rent out my room for about 13 days. So that i am moving out, my room in the photos seems chaotic, sorry xDD
