Wir (2w2m) im Alter von 28-34 Jahren suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner/in ab 1. August.
Das Zwischenzimmer hat 22 qm. Durch dein Zimmer müssten zwei Mitbewohner gehen um in ihre Zimmer zu gelangen. Dafür hättest du ein schönes Hochbett, welches die nötige Privatsphäre bietet. Der Raum auf und unter dem Bett ist komplett nutzbar (Stehhöhe), da wir in einer tollen Altbauwohnung mit ca 4 m Deckenhöhe wohnen.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Rhönring. Zur Stadtmitte/Uni sind es 10 min zu Fuß. Aldi/ Netto/ Tegut sind direkt um die Ecke, Tankstelle sogar direkt vorm Haus. Weiterhin gibt es einige freie Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Unsere Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und allem Schnick-Schnack den man so zum Kochen braucht. In der Wohnung befinden sich auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, wir sitzen zwar nicht jeden Abend zusammen, aber hin und wieder ein gemeinsames Bier/Äppler trinken wir auch gerne, wenn es die Zeit neben Studium und Arbeit erlaubt.

We (2f2m) are searching a new roommate from 1. August.
The size of the room is 22 qm. Two of the other roommate need to cross the room the reach their rooms. There is a loft bed in the room, so that it is still possible to have enough private sphere. There is a lot of space above (about 1,70m) and under (about 2,00m) the loft bed, because we have very high ceilings.
The flat is 50 meters away from the Rhönring station. The center of town/univercity campus are 10 minutes by foot. Supermarkets ( Aldi/ Netto/ Tegut) are just around the corner, a gas station is beside the house. There is some parking space around the house. Our kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and all the stuff you need for some cooking. A washing machine and a dryer also exist.
We are not only living together to save money, we also try to share a little time together. That does not mean that we expect you to hang around with us every evening, but every now and then, if there is some time left besides studying and working, we like to drink a beer/ a cider together, talk a little and try to share some time.
