da ich im Sommer ein Urlaubssemester mache und nach Kiel ziehen habe ich ein sehr zentrales und schönes Kellerzimmer direkt in der Innenstadt anzubieten.
Die WG liegt im Kellergeschoss, hat jedoch durch die Lage am Hang normal große Zimmerfenster (es gibt keine vorbeilaufenden Passanten).
Das Zimmer ist etwa 14 qm groß. Meine Möbel (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch) werden während der Zeit im Zimmer bleiben. Ich werde aber alles ausräumen.
Das Zimmer kann gegen Absprache gerne auch schon ein paar Tage vorher bezogen werden.

The whole apartment is in the basement, but the windows are big and on normal height. Room is 14 qm big. My Stuff stays in the room but i will empty everthing.
Das Zimmer ist sehr zentral gelegen (am Staatstheater), so dass man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am Luisenplatz ist. Das Haus ist ein Mehrfamilienhaus.
Die komplette WG befindet sich im Kellergeschoss, jedes Zimmer hat aber normale Zimmerfenster.

The apartment is in the center of the city, very close to the Luisenplatz.
Meine beiden Mitbewohner sind Wiebke (21) und macht gerade ein Ausbildung zur Heildingsiirgendwas und Alex (23) studiert an der TU Informatik und Sozigeshizzeldingsbums.
Die Küche ist bei uns öfter mal ein Ort zum Bier trinken und Blödsinn machen. Im Sommer ist es auch Möglich vor den Fenster zu sitzen und ein wenig gemeinsam die Sonne zu genießen.
Das komplette Haus wurde gerade im Juni Energieeffizientisoliert.
Das Zimmer ist optimal für das erste Semester und/oder den ersten Einstieg in Darmstadt zu bekommen.
