I am looking for a student to take over my room. Unfortunately I have to leave for my internship. It is in PallaswiesenStraße Studentenwohnheim.
the room is 14m², very well furnished. Everything is from ikea and about 2 years old. The room does not look to the main street (Kasinostraße) so it is quiet, has a garden in front of it.
Kitchen and Bathroom are shared with the housemate (a very nice and neat person). There is also a small storage room near the kitchen.
The room is initially available from 01.01.2013 until 01.03.2013
Also If you like, you can easily extend it by speaking with TU Darmstadt housing service.
It is located centrally (2 stations to Luisenplatz), markets Netto and Tegut are right across the street, McFit is in 5 minutes walking distance, the Herrngarten park is in 5 minutes walking distance.
