Hi,
A room available for rent in a 3 room apartment in Heinrichstrasse for the month of April.
Three of us live in the apartment - all girls. Since I will not be in Darmstadt for a month, I am renting my room out for 1 month only. My roommates are very friendly people and can converse well in English and German.
The room is bright and is furnished with a bed, a study table, a wardrobe and a rack.
The apartment has all facilities - neatly furnished kitchen with all amenities - microwave oven, grill oven, coffee maker, bread toaster, stove and utensils ofcourse :)
The bathroom is well maintained and is also equipped with a washing machine.
There is a garden in the backyard where you can take a stroll.
The tram stop is 2 minutes walk from the apartment and there is a Rewe nearby too. Regular Tram connections to Luisenplatz and Darmstadt Hauptbahnhof every 15 minutes. The university is 2 tram stops away and takes less than 15 minutes by walk.
