Hi everyone!
One of our flat mate moved out so we, a German(M, Student, he may move out in a few months), a Romanian(M, physics, PhD) and a Korean(F, communication-design), are looking for a new flat mate! :)

This WG is in Martinsviertel.
2 x REWE, 1x NETTO, 1x Penny, 1x Aldi, 2 Bäckerei are near.
H-bus (in 2 min), F-bus (in 4 min)
::: What do we have already :::::::::::::::::::
We have everything what we need, washing machine, enough freezer, TV, microwave, oven, toaster, bread cutter, other kitchen stuffs ... and so on.
We have an extra tiny small guest room with a single bed.
We also have a cellar and a small garden with bike stands.
Specially we have a clean and bright kitchen with amazing view.
::: Who do we want :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
This is an international WG. We can speak german but not fluently so we need someone who can speak English, you don't need to speak very well though.
We are pretty quiet and like to keep our flat clean.
But we want someone who is not only quiet and clean but also friendly.
And WG experience in Germany is needed.
