Das Zimmer besitzt eigentlich eine Grundfläche von ca. 13,5qm, besitzt allerdings eine Schräge, deswegen habe ich 11qm angegeben.
Das Zimmer verfügt außerdem über einen coolen Wandschrank (3 Regalböden, eine Gaderobenstange, Sichtschutz durch Vorhang, siehe Bild!) Dadurch spart man schonmal Platz :)
Außerdem ist das Zimmer sehr hell. Der Laminatboden ist ebenfalls in einem guten Zustand
Sehr zentrale Lage. Ca. 10min Fussweg in die Innenstadt und ca. 5 min Fussweg zu den nächsten Haltestellen (Schulstraße oder Roßdörfer Platz). Dadurch auch sehr gute Anbindung an die Lichtwiese gewährleistet.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch top: Ein Rewe ist ebenfalls nach 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Momentan 5 Typen. Gerne aber auch Mitbewohnerinnen gesehen :) Da es sich um eine 5er Wg mit z.B nur einem Bad handelt, sind vor allem unkomplizierte und rücksichtsvolle Mitbewohner gesucht.
Internet ist im Preis noch nicht mit drin. Es Muss neu beantragt werden, da der Vertragsinhaber auch bald ausziehen wird. Die kosten dafür werden bei ca. 10-15€ pro Mitbewohner liegen.
Waschmaschine, Spühlmaschine, 2 Kühlschränke sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Der Mietvertrag wird zunächst auf 2 Jahre festgelegt.
