Ich verlasse die schöne Wohnung und meine reizenden Mitbewohner*innen, da es mich woanders hin verschlägt und biete hiermit ab dem 15. August mein Zimmer an. Das Zimmer hat feine 8 qm unterm Dach und ist wegen der Schräge eher für kleine bis mittelgroße Menschen geeignet.
Die Wohnung bietet außerdem einen großen Flur mit Lounge-Ecke, 2 Badezimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und Induktionsherd. Außerdem haben wir natürlich eine Waschmaschine.

Hello,
I'm leaving the nice flat and my lovely roommates to and offer my room from the 15th of August on. The room's size is about 8m² and has a roof pitch. It probably fits better smaller or medium-sized people.
The Flat contains a grand corridor with a lounge area, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove and pasta dishes :D. Besides, we have a washing machine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im lebhaften Martinsviertel, umgeben von Parks, Cafés und Geschäften und mit bester Verkehrsanbindung.
Das sind Beispielsweise 150m zum nächsten Rewe der bis 22 Uhr auf hat, 250m zum Herrengarten um im Sommer dort zu chillen und 350m bis zur Straßenbahn. Bis zum Audimax der TU läuft man ca. 7 Minuten und in die Innenstadt maximal 15.

The Flat is nice located with parks, cafés and shops nearby (the next supermarket is just 150m away). The connection to public transport (tram as well as bus) is quite good. To the University it takes about a 7 minutes walk and to the city center it's a quarter-hour walk.
Das WG-Leben verläuft eher unkompliziert. Wenn man sich in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer zufällig trifft dann ist jeder für einen Plausch bereit. Wir helfen uns generell auch gegenseitig. Wenn man aber doch mal seine Ruhe braucht, macht man einfach seine Zimmertüre zu. Einmal im Monat verabreden wir uns dann auch für einen WG Abend, da wir uns selten alle gleichzeitig sehen. Da gehen wir dann aus, in den Herrngarten oder genießen zusammen zu Hause unseren Feierabend auf den Couches oder im Wohnzimmer. Um bei so vielen Leuten die Ordnung zu wahren, putzt jede Woche ein*e Mitbewohner*in, so ist man jede 5. Woche mit putzen dran.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner*innen wären eine Grafik-Designer, ein Psychologie-Doktorand und ein Dozent/Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter im Bereich Gaming.

The live together is quite uncomplicated. If we see each other we have a talk (which is more likely at the evenings in the kitchen). generally we also help each other. If someone needs a rest, just close your room door ;). Almost once a month we have our shared flat gathering, because it's rare that we all see each other. On this evenings we chill together on the couch in the park or we go in a bar or café nearby.
To keep our flat clean, once a week one flatmate has to tidy it up. So everyone has to clean every 5th week.
Your flatmates would be a graphic designer, a psychology PhD student and an academic assistant in the area of gaming.
Die Person, die einziehen möchte, muss auch 150€ für die Einrichtung des Zimmers (Bett mit Matratze und Möbel) bezahlen.
