Hallo meine Lieben,
da ich für einen Monat nicht in Darmstadt sein werde, stelle ich Euch mein Zimmer für diese Zeit zur Zwischenmiete zu Verfügung. Im Ein- bzw. Auszugsdatum bin ich etwas flexibel. Die Miete beträgt normalerweise 325€ pro Person, da ich aber nur für kurze Zeit weg bin, würde ich nur 230€ für das Zimmer nehmen.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, sprich Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Musikbox und Sessel ;)
Wir, meine Mitbewohnerin Monja und ich, wohnen in einer süßen ALtbau WOhnung im Martinsviertel. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber fein und zum Ausgleich haben wir eine super schöne und gemütliche Wohnküche mit Couch und Sessel.
Also falls Ihr interessiert, auf der Suche nach einer kurzfristigen Mietbleibe seid, dann meldet Euch.
