Hey hey, ich habe ab 1. Januar bis 1.Juni ein schönes Zimmer mit zugestelltem Balkon ;) zur Zwischenmiete in einer 2er WG zu vergeben. Deine zukünftige Wohnung ist insgesamt 50qm groß, hat eine große Wohnküche , Bad mit Dusche und einen Keller. Das Zimmer misst etwa 17qm. Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden sich im Waschraum direkt vor der Tür. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 350 Euro(Ink. Internet usw)..

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in der Nähe zum Luisenplatz (max. 10 Laufminuten). Zum Bahnhof brauchst du mit dem Bus auch nur 5 Minuten, zur Lichtwiese 15 Minuten.
Und der Herrengarten liegt quasi direkt vor der Tür :)
Ich suche für 5 Monate eine aufgeschlossene und lockere Person, die Lust hat auf eine 2er-WG und ein geselliges, unkompliziertes Zusammenleben.
Wenn du also keine Zweck-WG suchst, sondern an einem netten Miteinander interessiert bist, meld dich einfach!
