I am looking for a flatmate for my flat for 1 month as I will be travelling to India for 1 month holiday.
The flat is a 2 BHK apartment, which belongs to a German guy who lives here as well.
My room is a about 16x12 feet and is semi furnished with all necessities. You can look at the pictures for details. The apartment is centrally heated and kitchen is fully equipped. It has washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and large oven. There is beautiful garden just behind the room.

Apartment is 10 min from TU Darmstadt Stadtmitte campus and 4 min from TU Darmstadt Lichtwiese campus via bus. The bus stop is 1 min walking from doorstep of apartment and 2 grocery stores are at 3 min walking distance. The area is a silent silent neighbourhood. There is all sports facilities nearby at TU Lichtwiese campus.
The only flatmate is a very friendly German guy. He is a great help for non-german speakers as he speaks fluent English. He is project manager in a architecture company in Darmstadt. The cleanliness standards of flat are very high. The apartment also has friendly neighbours. All the utensils and cutlery is shared in the apartment.
The period of accommodation and rent can be negotiated for right person.
