The whole building was renewed 2 years ago so everything in the App. is new. It’s quiet and far away from the street.
The room is furnished with desk, a nice chair, wardrobe which I bought 2 years ago. Moreover, I purchased a new queen size bed half a year ago, it's really comfortable and you can get good rest on it.
The kitchen is more than 25m2, a big oven and a dish washer, each person got their own refrigerator. Kitchen ventilator and a 4 rings kitchen range.
2 bathrooms for 3 people and each equipped with shower.
On the same floor beside our app. we got a study room which is 24m2,
This is a 5er wg but 2 rooms have defects, so here always lived 3 people and we got the chance to use the other room as storage room.
The bus stop is 2 mins walking, from there you can take tram:1,2,3,4,5 ,9, bus F and H. it’s 2 bus stops from city center and 1 stop from Hbf. Basically, buses and trams pass by every 2mins.
There are Rewa in the Hbf and Rewa, Aldi and Te gut in city center.
The flat mates are 2 germen males, one is studying and the other finished his bachelor last year and currently working. They are both super cool and enjoy training, watching film and sometimes doing diving and skydiving.
We have a cleaning time table and like to keep the App. clean and tidy. I hope whoever got this room can take good care of it and enjoy the summer period in this very cozy place!
