Das Zimmer ist ca 13 m² groß und hat einen Fenster Richtung Süden. Es ist voll möbliert, kann aber geräumt werden, falls du z.B. auf deiner eigenen Matratze schlafen willst. Vorhanden sind ein Bett, Kommode und Teppich der Rest lässt sich auch noch organisieren.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern,Flur, Küche, großem Bad und einer kleinen Abstellkammer. Sie wurde 2011 neu renoviert und liegt im 4.Stock unterm Dach.
Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett, wir sind allerdings die einzige WG im Haus.
The room is 13m² and has a south facing window. It is furnished but everything can be removed if you want to for example bring your own mattress.
The flat itself contains two rooms,a corridor, a kitchen, a huge bathroom and a small chamber used for cleaning utensiles. It was renovated in 2011 and is located in the top floor (5th floor). Neighbours are all nice (most of them old ladys).
Die Wohnung liegt im Martinsviertel, somit in einem sehr lebendigen und beliebten Teil der Stadt mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und Cafés.
ALDI und REWE liegen 3 Gehminuten entfernt und im Bürgerpark ist man auch sofort (für Jogger). Die Bahnhaltestellen Rhönring(Linie 4,5,6,7,8) und Messplatz (Linie 4,5) sind jeweils in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Zu Fuß braucht man an den Campus TU Stadtmitte etwa 15 min mit dem Fahrrad 5. Das gilt auch für Herrengarten und Luisenplatz.
The flat is located at the nothern border of Martinsviertel, which is a young and lively area with bars, cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets (ALDI and REWE) are reachable in under 3 minutes by walking and 'Bürgerpark' is just around the corner (for joggers). The next tram stop is called Rhönring (tramlines 4,5,6,7,8) or Messplatz (tramline 4,5). It will take you 5 minutes to reach them by walking.
The campus TU Stadtmitte,'Herrengarten' and 'Luisenplatz' are all 15 minutes away for pedestrians and 5 if you ride a bike.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist zur Zeit eine Erasmusstudentin aus Finnland, die leider schon Anfang August ausziehen muss. Generell habe ich mit Erasmus WGs bis jetzt nur sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht.
Ich bin 23 Jahre alt und studiere im 8. Semester Bauingenieurwesen an der TU.
Generell bin ich offen für gemeinsames Kochen, Bierchen/Wein und Quatschen oder einen Filmemarathon, aber natürlich will man oft auch nur seine Ruhe wenn man nach einem langen Tag heim kommt. Ich finde wir lernen uns einfach kennen und sehen dann weiter.
My current flatemate is a finnish erasmusstudent, who has to head back to finnland in august. I can generally say that i only had good experiences with sharing flats with erasmusstudents. I am 23 years old and in my 8th semester of studying civil engineering at TU Darmstadt.
I am open for cooking together, sharing wine or beer at the kitchen table or watch some movies. Of course there are also these days on which you don't want to see anyone. Let's get to know each other first and we will see how things will turn out :).
Dein Anteil an Nebenkosten setzt sich zusammen aus 12€ Strom, 20€ Heizkosten und 18€ Telefon- und Internetflat.
Über die Dauer des Mietvertrages können wir auch gerne verhandeln. Ideal wäre es aber, wenn du schon ab Anfang/Mitte August einziehen kannst.

We can discuss about the exact dates of moving in and out, but it would be perfect if you can move in early or middle of august.
