from 1.12.2017 there will be a free room in our shared flat.
The room is about 13 square meters in size and has a shelf in a wall niche.
The window is directed towards the quiet backyard.
An IKEA Mandal closet and a 140cm bed can be took over free of charge.
The apartment is divided in 3 half stories, has 2 bathrooms and 1,5 balconies.
The free room is in the upper story. On this story there is another room, the kitchen and a bathroom.
Half a story down lies our big living room with a high ceiling and access to the balcony, which
we share with the neighboring apartment.
Another half story down there are two other rooms and the second bathroom.
The two lower rooms share another balcony towards the backyard.
In this backyard you can park your bike, or take a seat in the grass and have a BBQ.

in unserer 4er WG wird ab dem 1.12.2017 ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist circa 13qm groß und besitzt ein Regal in einer Nische.
Des weiteren kann ein IKEA Mandal Schrank und ein 140er Bett kostenlos übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist in 3 halbe Etagen aufgeteilt, hat zwei Badezimmer und 1,5 Balkons.
Das freie Zimmer ist im 1. Stock. Auf dieser Etage ist ein weiteres Zimmer, die Küche und ein Badezimmer.
Das Fenster befindet sich in Richtung des ruhigen Innenhofs.
Eine halbe Etage tiefer befindet sich ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit hoher Decke und Zutritt zum Balkon,
den wir uns mit der Nachbar-WG teilen. Wieder eine halbe Etage tiefer befinden sich 2 weitere Zimmer und das zweite Badezimmer.
Die beiden unteren Zimmer teilen sich einen weiteren Balkon Richtung Innenhof.
In diesem Innenhof kann man problemlos seine Fahrräder abstellen oder sich zum grillen auf eine große Wiese setzen.
The apartment has a very convenient location, right next to the bus stop TU/Alexanderstraße,
where the F,H and KU buses stop. In 3 minutes you can reach Campus Stadtmitte, and in 5 minutes the city centre.
Rewe and Penny are right up the street. Further, the location has a few bars, Pizza and Döner places ;)
Die Wohnung hat eine hervorragende Lage, direkt an der Haltestelle TU/Alexanderstraße,
von der die Busse F, H und KU fahren. Man ist innerhalb von 3 Minuten in der Mensa Stadtmitte
und in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Direkt in der Nähe sind Penny und Rewe.
Auch sonst ist die Gegend gut mit Bars, Pizza- und Döner-Läden ausgestattet.
Our communal life is always relaxed and simple. You will live with Atif, Vincent and Fabian.
Atif is studying Electronics- and Computer Science, Fabian Sport Science and Vincent Civil Engineering.
Fabian did just finish his thesis, so there will be another new inhabitant in the near future.
Unser WG-Leben ist immer sehr entspannt und unkompliziert. Du wirst mit Atif,
Fabian und Vincent zusammenwohnen. Atif studiert Elektro- und Informationstechnik, Fabian Sportwissenschaften
und Vincent Bauingenieurwesen. Fabian hat gerade seine Abschlussarbeit abgegeben,
daher wird sich die WG-Besetzung in nächster Zeit noch einmal ändern.
