Hi,
Da ich nach Südamerika für 2 Monate fliege, vermiete ich das Zimmer. Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat bisher ein Queen-Size Bett und eine Kommode. Das kann aber auch noch flexibel erweitert werden, auch wenn nicht all zu viel Platz herrscht.
Wir haben ansonsten eine Küche mit Spülmaschine (!), einen großen Balkon nach Süden und ein großes Wohnzimmer. Alles wird natürlich gemeinsam genutzt. Im Badezimmer gibts zudem noch eine neue Waschmaschine.

I am going to South America for two months and my boyfriends rents out one of the rooms in our new and cosy apartment. The room owns a queen bed, chest of drawers and you can add everything needed to make you feel at home. Also, we have a really big living room and a terrace to the south with a nice view where you can enjoy the sun and your coffee in the morning. There is a 24/7 supermarket close to our place.
It is an industrial neighbourhood with many modern buildings, calm and peaceful all the time.

In der Umgebung gibt es neben der Evangelischen Hochschule und dem Studienkolleg viele Bürohäuser, die ESA und den Hauptbahnhof. Von dort kommt man mit allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel super in Darmstadt zurecht. Auch Städte wie Frankfurt (20min), Mainz, Wiesbaden oder Heidelberg liegen so fast direkt vor der Tür.
Located 5 min on foot from the central station, it has all kind of public transportation not only for Darmstadt, but for thw whole Hessen and provides a fast connection to Frankfurt (20 min by train).
Dein neuer Mitbewohner heißt Dave - TU Darmstadt Absolvent und nun viel am arbeiten, daneben Sport-Enthusiast und viel mit Freunden unterwegs.
Wir haben eine große Couch-Ecke und laden daher regelmäßig Freunde ein, um einen gemeinsamen Abend zu verbringen. Da wir beide tagsüber viel unterwegs sind, freuen wir uns, wenn wir uns Abends dann doch hin und wieder mal sehen. Gerne würden wir auch mal zusammen kochen oder einen Filme-Abend starten.
Sauberkeit ist ein wichtiger Punkt, auch wenn wir nicht über-penibel sind. Wenn wir uns das zu dritt leisten können, würden wir uns gerne bald eine Putzhilfe suchen, die 1-2 mal im Monat den aufwendigeren Teil des Putzen übernimmt. Alternativ könntest du das auch gegen eine Mietminderung übernehmen :D
