Hello,
My roommate is leaving and i am searching for a new female roommate. The apartment is 2 bedrooms, ktichen, bathroom, hall, and balcony. It is in the first floor in Rhonring, Darmstadt. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a fridge, stove, dish washer, washing machine, oven, microwave, table and couch. Your room is fully furnished, you have a bed, couch, wardrobe, desk and chair, and you can decorate it as you want ;)
About the wg-life, I am doing my studies in computer science. I like privacy, however i like to do some activities together, cooking, going out together sometimes, talking and drinking tea or having dinner in the kitchen :) Also i like to keep the apartment tidy and clean :)
I speak English fluently
My German is still not good but I am learning it :)

Meine Mitbewohnerin geht und ich suche eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Die Wohnung ist 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad, Flur und Balkon. Es befindet sich im ersten Stock in Rhonring, Darmstadt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, sie hat einen Kühlschrank, Herd, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Tisch und Couch. Ihr Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, Sie haben ein Bett, eine Couch, einen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch und einen Stuhl, und Sie können es dekorieren, wie Sie wollen;)
Über das wg-life mache ich mein Informatik-Studium. Ich mag Privatsphäre, aber ich mag es, einige Aktivitäten zusammen zu machen, zu kochen, manchmal zusammen auszugehen, zu sprechen und Tee zu trinken oder in der Küche zu Abend zu essen :)
Auch ich mag es, die Wohnung ordentlich und sauber zu halten :)
Ich spreche gut Englisch
Mein Deutsch ist immer noch nicht gut, aber ich lerne es :)
The apartment is located in a very central place in Rhonring street. It is 3 minutes walk to Rhonring tram station. From there, you can reach luisenplatz in 3 minutes or you can walk it in 15 minutes. Also there is Aldi supermarket just 2 minutes walk from our home. Burgerking restaurant, tegut, penny, rewe, and netto in 10 minutes walk. There are trams 4,5,6,7, and 8. So you will always find a connection to wherever you want within 5 minutes maximum till 02:00 am.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr zentralen Ort in der Rhonring Street. Es ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Rhonring. Von dort erreichen Sie den Luisenplatz in 3 Minuten oder Sie können ihn in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Auch gibt es Aldi-Supermarkt nur 2 Gehminuten von unserem Haus entfernt. Burgerking Restaurant, Tegut, Penny, Rewe und Netto in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt die Straßenbahnlinien 4, 5, 6, 7 und 8. So finden Sie immer eine Verbindung innerhalb von 5 Minuten bis 02:00 Uhr.
Females only
I am renting the room from 1st of Februrary till end of June, and it can be extended. The total rent including everything is 400 EUR. It includes the gas, electricity, internet, and any other costs. You will pay 500 EUR deposit and you will take it when you are leaving :)

Ich miete das Zimmer vom 1. Februar bis Ende Juni, und es kann verlängert werden. Die Gesamtmiete inklusive alles ist 400 EUR. Es beinhaltet das Gas, Strom, Internet und alle anderen Kosten. Sie zahlen 500 EUR Kaution und Sie werden es nehmen, wenn Sie gehen :)
