13m² Zimmer in internationaler 5er WG ++ 13m² Room in international 5p. Shared Flat

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Südbahnhof, ist daher mit der Regionalbahn (Frankfurt-Heidelberg) gut zu erreichen. Außerdem halten quasi direkt vor der Haustür die Buslinien H (Hbf+Innenstadt) und R (Hbf+Böllenfalltor).
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten am Hbf, in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt und in 15-20 Minuten an der Lichtwiese.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in 10-15 Minuten Laufweite zum Umfallen: Rewe, Aldi, DM, Alnatura, Real, Lidl, Penny und auch einen Baumarkt.


The flat is located directly next to the south train station and can therefore be reached easily with the regional train from Frankfurt or Heidelberg. There are also two bus lines stopping closeby, the bus H (main station and city center) and the bus R (main station and Böllenfalltor).
With the bike you can reach the main station in 10 minutes, the city center in 15 minutes and the Lichtwiese in 15-20 minutes.

There are a lot of shopping options in walking distance (10-15 minutes): Rewe, Aldi, DM, Alnatura, Real, Lidl, Penny and a hardware/DIY-store.

In deiner neuen WG werden mit dir zusammen Sarah, Clara, Nathael und Mohamed wohnen. Die Vier kommen aus drei verschiedenen Ländern, hier ist also mehr als Deutsch an der Tagesordnung. ;) In der WG essen wir oft zusammen, sitzen Abends zusammen oder machen Sport (Bouldern/Schwimmen/Laufen/Wandern/Fahrrad Fahren) zusammen. Außerdem gibts manchmal musikalische Einlagen mit Gitarre, Klavier, Flöte oder Okulele. Du findest hier keine Party-WG, wir haben aber natürlich auch kein Problem damit wenn du mal deinen Geburtstag feierst oder sonst ein paar Leute einlädst ;) Es darf ruhig ein bisschen Leben in der Bude sein.

Sarah arbeitet als Elektrotechnik-Ingenieurin in einem Unternehmen in Pfungstadt und Clara promoviert in Kryptographie an der TU. Nathael ist für ein Praktikum bei der ESA in Darmstadt und Mohamed studiert Architektur im Master.

Wir suchen aufgeschlossene, weltoffene und freundliche Mitbewohner! Wir freuen uns natürlich auch über internationale Bewerber.


In your new flat are already living Sarah, Clara, Nathael and Mohamed. They come from three different countries, so you will talk more than German here ;) In the flat we often eat together, sit together at night or do sports together (bouldering/swimming/running/hiking/biking). We also like to play music together (e.g. with guitars, piano, flute, okulele). You won’t find a party-shared flat but we definitely don’t have a problem if you want to celebrate your birthday or invite some people over. We like it if there is some life in the flat.

Sarah works as an electrical-engineer at a company in Pfungstadt and Clara is doing her PHD in cryptography at the TU. Nathael is doing an Internship at ESA and Mohamed is studying Architecture.

We’re looking for open-minded, world-open and friendly roommates. We’re also happy to see international applications.

In den 385 Euro ist alles drin (Internet, Rundfunkgebühr usw.)

Die Abstandszahlung von 300 € ist für unsere schöne und große Küche, die wir im Dezember 2017 neu gekauft haben.

Everything is included in the 385 Euros (Internet, radio license fee etc.)

The compensation of 300 € is for our nice and huge kitchen that we bought in December 2017.
