In einr ruhigen Seitenstraße ist bei uns ein großes Westzimmer frei, mit hellgrauem Teppichboden. Bisher keine Möbel, bis auf Regal und Tisch. Internet kommt über Funk von unserm DSL-Router, Sonne morgends in die Wohnküche & abends ins Zimmer.
Wir suchen noch eine(n) Mitbewohner(in) um wieder komplett zu sein und genug Gesellschaft zu haben.
Bei Abschluß gibts dann erstmal einen Untermietvertrag für 1 Semester, dann ggf. einen neuen. Abends & am Wochenende sind wir & das Zimmer nach Vereinbarung für euch zu besichtigen.
In a quiet back road, a big room to the west is vacant, with light grey carpet on the floor. No furniture right now beyond a shelf and table. Internet access is available through our DSL router, Sun light into the kitchen of mornings, your room of evenings.
We look for a new flat mate to complete our number and for company.
The contract will be for one school term at first, possibly continued.
Interviews and Sightseeing on evenings and weekends, by appointment.
