Schönes gemühtliches und helles Zimmer in Darmstadt Bessungen. Hier ist es ruhiger als in der Stadtmitte, die allerdings trotzdem problemlos mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen ist.

Uns würde zum Beispiel interessieren, wie du dir das WG Leben vorstellst, was dir wichtig ist und was du gar nicht gern hast. So können wir uns ein besseres Bild von dir machen.
Außerdem wäre noch wichtig zu Wissen ob du dich auf ein Platz in einem Studentenwohnheim beworben hast oder sonst absehen kannst, dass du kürzer als 8 Monate bleiben würdest.

It’s a nice cozy room in Darmstadt Bessungen. It’s is a little bit mor quiet ‘out here’ then it is in downtown, but you can still reach down town fast and easy.
The room will be rented including the furniture.

Also, it is important to for us to know if you have applied for student housing in Darmstadt of if you plan to stay less than 8 months.
In 7 Minuten ist man an der Haltestelle Darmstadt Süd von wo aus man problemlos nach Frankfurt und Mannheim/Heidelberg kommt.
In 10 Minuten kann man die Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Landskronstraße" erreichen von wo aus man in 8Minuten in der Innenstadt oder am Hauptbahnhof ist.
REWE, Aldi und dm (sowie eine Tankstelle) sind ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten (Fußweg) entfernt.

You can reach the trainstop "Darmstadt Süd" in 7 Minutes, where trains can take you either to Frankfurt or Mannheim/Heidelberg.
There is also a Tramstop ("Landskronstraße") near by. It will take you about 10 Minutes to walk there and an additional 6-8 Minutes to reach either the City center or the main Train station.
Concerning groceries: There is a "REW", "Aldi" and a "dm" within 10 Minutes.
