Ebenso kannst du die Waschmaschine des Hauptmieters gegen eine monatliche kleine Gebühr mit benutzen.

The living community have three rooms, which connected with a little corridor.

Also we have a washing machine for using in the apartment.

Die Wohnung liegt recht zentral am Hauptbahnhof (etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und ca. 5 Minuten bis zur nächsten Haltestelle /Öffentliche) . Die TU und HDA sind mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist 1 km entfernt und mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 5 Minuten und zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Das Stadtzentrum ist ebenfalls durch die gute Lage zum Hauptbahnhof mit den Öffentlichen innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen .
The apartment is very centrally located at the main train station (about 10 minutes' walk from the main train station and about 5 minutes to the next stop / public transport). The TU and HDA can be reached by bike within 10 minutes.
The next supermarket is 1 km away and can be reached by bike in about 5 minutes or per pedes withhin 10-15 minutes.
The city center can also be reached by public transport within 10 minutes thanks to its good location near the main train station.
Wir ( Zwei Frauen. Studentin, Berufstätig) wohnen in einer ZWECK-WG; das heißt jeder lebt für sich und wir haben keine gemeinsamen Abende oder einen gemeinsamen Aufenthaltsraum. Trotzdem möchten wir jemanden, der zu uns passt.
Wir möchte bevorzugt eine Frau aufnehmen. Wir suchen eine normal saubere, keine schmuddelige Person. Leider haben wir aktuell keine so guten Erfahrungen damit gemacht, weshalb wir wieder jemanden suchen.
Wir sind eher ruhige Charaktere. Du solltest mindestens ein Jahr bei uns bleiben. Drei- oder sechs Monatsanfragen gehen aus organisatorischen Gründen nicht.
We (two women. Student, employed) live in a ZWECK-WG; that means everyone lives for himself and we don't have any social together evenings or a common lounge.
We would prefer to take in a woman. We search a normal clean, not a messy person. Actually we didn´t made so great experiences with it, thats why we search a new person.
We are more calm Charaktere.
You should stay at least a year minimum with us. Staying here for three or sie months are not possible because of organisation reasons,

Die Möbel sind vom Vormieter und kommen bei der Übernahme raus, außer du hast Interesse, sie Ihm abzukaufen. Bitte mit ihm gesondert ausmachen.
Mietvertrag ist teilmöbliert.
