Da ich meine Abschlussarbeit außerhalb Darmstadts schreibe, steht mein Zimmer hier für die Zwischenzeit zur Untermiete. Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine und liegt im zweiten Stock eines Altbaus. Das Zimmer ist 15 m² groß. Es ist voll möbliert. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand, der Euch beim Einzug erwartet. Das Bett ist 140x200 cm groß, Spül- und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Since I am writing my thesis outside of Darmstadt, my room here is sublet for the interim period. The apartment has three rooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine and is located on the second floor. The room has 15 m² and is fully furnished. The photos show the condition you will find when you move in. The bed is 140x200 cm big, dishwasher and washing machine are available.
Die Lage ist für Studierende der TU ideal, da sie sich ziemlich mittig zwischen Stadtmitte und Lichtwiese befindet. Auch für die Dinge des täglichen Bedarf liegt sie sehr verkehrsgünstig nur wenige Gehminuten (~3 min) vom Roßdörfer Platz entfernt mit seinen zahlreichen ÖPNV-Anbindungen. Außerdem ist der 24-Uhr-REWE fußläufig zu erreichen.
The location is ideal for students of the TU, as the apartment is located quite centrally between the city centre and the Lichtwiese. It is also very conveniently located for everyday needs, only a few minutes' walk (~3 min) from Roßdörfer Platz with its numerous public transport connections. Furthermore, the 24 o'clock REWE is within walking distance.
Mit Dir zusammen wohnen zwei Studenten, Peter (Wirtschaftsinformatik, 2. Semester) und Sebastian (Wirtschaftsingenieur, letztes Semester). Beide sind gerne unterwegs und machen recht viel Sport. Wenn Du auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen Wohnumfeld bist, wirst Du mit den beiden sehr glücklich werden.
With you live two students, Peter (Business Informatics, 2nd semester) and Sebastian (Industrial Engineer, last semester). Both like to travel and do a lot of sports. If you are looking for a quiet living environment, you will be very happy with them.
