Wir suchen zum 01.10.2020 ein neues Mitglied für unsere WG.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca.105 qm groß und hat zwei Bäder mit Dusche, die sich jeweils zwei Mitbewohner teilen und dazu eine gemeinsame Toilette. Die Küche ist in das Wohnzimmer integriert und von dort kommt man auf ein großer Balkon.
Alle vier Zimmer sind 15 qm groß und jeweils mit Anschluss für Telefon, DSL und Antenne ausgestattet.
Internet ist bereits im Mietpreis inklusiv enthalten.
Die Haltestellen ''Fliederberg'' und ''Haardtring'' sind innerhalb 1 min zu Fuß erreicht und dort fahren der H- und R-Bus, die beide über den Hauptbahnhoff fahren. Mit dem H-Bus ist man in 3 Minuten an der h_da, in 15 min in der Innenstadt am Luisenplatz bzw. in 20 min an der TU Darmstadt. Der Südbahnhof, an dem z.B. der RB68 nach Mannheimbzw. Frankfurt hält, is ebenfalls in 10 Minuten erreicht. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch sehr schnell überall, z.B. braucht man zur Lichtwiese 15 Minuten mit dem Rad.
Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Aldi direkt vor der Tür, Rewe, Real, Lidl, Penny).
