Gemütliches Zimmer im Erdgeschoss inklusive Hochbett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Wäschekorb und Teppich und Spiegel. Küche und Bad teilt man sich mit 2 Mitbewohnern. Die Terrasse und ein Waschkeller stehen zur gemeinsamen Nutzung für das Haus zur Verfügung.
Das Zimmer ist zur straßenabgewandten Seite orientiert und damit relativ ruhig. Gesucht wird ein/e Nachmieter*in ab Mitte Oktober/Anfang November, vorzugsweise Student*in an der TU Darmstadt. In den Nebenkosten einberechnet sind neben Wasser und Heizung auch Strom und Internet.

Comfy Room on the first floor with pretty much everything you need (except a chair, sorry). Kitchen and Bathroom are to share with my two flatmates. Terrace, basement and laundry room are to share with the whole house.
The room is faced away from the main street, and thereby pretty quiet. We are looking for someone to replace me as up mid October or beginning November, preferably student at TU Darmstadt. The ancillary costs of the rent include water, heating, electricity and internet.
Die Lage ist top: 8 Minuten zu Fuß zum Campus TU Stadtmitte, REWE einen Block weiter, 5 Minuten zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Rhönring.

Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist gechillt. Meine Mitbewohner sind für gemeinsames Kochen, Feiern gehen oder einfach nur gemütliche Abende zu haben. Trotzdem hat man genügend Freiraum, um sich voll aufs Studium zu konzentrieren. Wir suchen jemand offenes, der sich gut ins WG-Leben einpassen kann.

It's a pretty relaxed atmosphere in the flat. My flatmates enjoy cooking together, partying or chilling. They give you enough free space to concentrate on your studies. We're looking for someone open-minded who can handle life together in a flat.
