Die WG hat ein ganzes Haus für sich. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer liegt im 2. OG - klingt schlimmer als es ist ;-)
Durch 2 große Fenster ist es den ganzen Tag schön hell im Zimmer, im Sommer kann die Sonne mit außenliegenden Jalousien ausgesperrt werden. Außerdem sind im Zimmer Vorhänge vor den Fenstern angebracht.
Ein minimaler Teil des Zimmers liegt unter der Dachschräge (ca. 90 cm breit, am Boden ca. 80 cm tief). Dort ist ein Regal eingebaut, dass in 3 "Etagen" viel Stauraum bietet. Ansonsten hat das Zimmer überall volle Raumhöhe.
In einer Nische befindet sich außerdem ein Waschbecken samt Spiegel und Ablage. Die Nische lässt sich mit einem Vorhang vom Rest des Zimmers abtrennen.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert: Der 3-türige Kleiderschrank mit bodentiefem Spiegel bleibt drin, ebenso gehören ein Schreibtisch und ein Schreibtischstuhl ins Zimmer. Auf den Bildern sieht man meinen Schreibtisch, der mit mir ausziehen wird. Der Schreibtisch, der bleibt, passt perfekt(!) zwischen Heizung und Stützwand der Dachschräge in die Ecke. Außerdem bleiben der Sitzsack sowie die Regalkästen und die magnetische Tafel an der Wand im Zimmer.
Das heißt im Umkehrschluss: Bis auf ein Bett ist dein Zimmer voll möbliert ;-)
Abschlagszahlung für Möbel im Zimmer und sonstiges (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine) auf Verhandlungsbasis.
Das Haus verfügt über eine Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, ein Wohnzimmer mit riesigem TV, Bad und Gäste-WC. Zusätzlich haben wir zwei große Kellerräume, einen Dachboden und einen eigenen Garten mit Sitz-/Grillecke. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Außerdem gehören eine Garage und ein Hof zum Haus.

This shared flat is actually an entire house. Your future room is on the 2nd floor, which sounds worse than it actually is ;-)
Thanks to 2 big windows there is always enough light in the room, and in the summer you can close the shutters outside your windows. Inside, there are additional curtains.
A very small part of the room is under the pitch of the roof (ca. 90 cm wide, max. 80 cm depth). Under the roof is a cupboard providing you lots of space.
The room has a niche with a sink, mirror and tray. The niche can be separated from the room with curtains.
The room is partly furnished: The wardrobe will stay, and there is also a desk and an office chair. The desk on the photos is my own, but the desk that belongs into the room fits just perfectly in the area between the heating and the pitch of the roof! Also, the bean bag as well as the small cupboards and the magnetic pinboard on the wall will stay. To put it simple: The only thing that is missing is the bed ;-)
There will be a fee for the furniture plus the common equipment (dishwasher, washing machine ...) that we can negotiate about.
The house has a kitchen including a dish washer, a living room with a huge TV, a bath room and a second toilet. In addition to that, we have two big rooms in the cellar, an attic, and a garden with bbq. We have a washing machine and a dryer. There is also a garage and space for a car.
- 2 Minuten Fußweg zur Bushaltestelle. Von dort ist man in 6 Minuten am Hbf und in 10 Minuten im Zentrum.
- Mehrere Supermärkte sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen (Rewe, Penny, ALDI, türkischer Laden)
- 10 Minuten Fußweg zum nächsten Park.
- 2 minutes walk to the bus station. It takes only 6 minutes to Darmstadt train station and 10 minutes to the city center by bus.

Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Ruth (Studentin an der hda) und Hsin-Ling (Kulissenbildnerin am Theater). Nach Mitbewohner*in Nummer vier wird parallel gesucht, da mit mir noch eine weitere Person auszieht. Durch die unterschiedlichen Tagesabläufe ist es tagsüber meist ruhig im Haus, aber spätestens beim Abendessen trifft man sich in der Küche, wo immer Zeit und Raum für ein Schwätzchen ist. Im Sommer lockt der Garten mit Grill und Aufstell-Pool. Außerdem wachsen dort Pflaumen und Johannisbeeren.
Auf harmonisches Miteinander und Ordentlichkeit wird in unserer WG Wert gelegt - wie wohl in jeder WG ;-)
Hsin-Ling spricht perfekt deutsch, wir sind aber auch für Internationals offen. Daher sollte Englisch als Alltagssprache für dich kein Ausschlusskriterium darstellen (aktuell wissen wir ja noch nichts über Bewohner*in 4).
You will share the house with Ruth (female, student at hda) and Hsin-Ling (female, stage designer at the theater). Parallelly to this room, we are currently also searching for the 4th person to join the WG. Since everyone has a different daily schedule, the house is mostly quiet during the day, but at the end of the day we usually meet up in the kitchen to have dinner together and talk. In the summer time, we enjoy bbq and a small pool in the garden. There are also plum trees and berries to pick.
A harmonious life together and neatness are important to us - just like in any shared flat ;-)
As internationals are very welcome and one of our current flat mates does not speak German, our lingua franca is English (but Hsin-Ling speaks perfectly German as well).
- Der Garten steht völlig zu unserer Nutzung zur Verfügung. Wir dürfen/müssen uns allerdings auch um die Beete und Büsche kümmern ;-)
- Das Wohnzimmer kann zusätzlich als Gästezimmer genutzt werden.
- Um schon mal ein bisschen über dich zu erfahren, stell dich bitte kurz vor (Hobbies, Ordentlichkeits-Level, WG-Erfahrung... das Übliche halt).
- Wegen Corona würden wir dich zunächst gern über Skype kennenlernen und dir eine Online-Besichtigung ermöglichen.
