Lage:

The kitchen is top equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and so on. There is a common room for dryer and washing machine. The room is also fully equipped with bed, wardrobe, lamps, desk, etc.
Renting:
The room is rented for 4 months, from now to the end of October . The indicated rent includes radio fees, internet, heating, water and electricity.
Location:
The location is relatively easy to reach by public transport (Bus F, H) 3-5 minutes walk each way. The east railway station is within walking distance. In addition, Bürgerpark is right next to it! The apartment is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood and close to the city centre. There are REWE, ALDI and Lidl around.
