Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist hell, freundlich und hat einen Balkon. Es verfügt wie jedes Zimmer in der WG über ein eigenes Bad inkl. Dusche. Das bedeutet, dass es morgens nicht zu Engpässen kommt. Die große Küche dient als Gemeinschaftsraum und ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man zum Kochen braucht.
Durch das eigene Bad ist unsere WG quasi ein Zwischending zwischen normaler WG und eigener Wohnung: Du hast (fast) alle Vorzüge einer eigenen Wohnung, bist jedoch trotzdem niemals alleine, da die Küche der Dreh- und Angelpunkt des WG-Lebens bleibt.
In der Warmmiete sind Strom, Gas, Wasser und Internet (du bekommst vom Vermieter einen eigenen Router zur Verfügung gestellt) enthalten.

Your future room is bright, attractive and has its own balcony. Like every room in the shared apartment, it has its own bathroom including a shower. The large kitchen serves as a common room and is fully equipped with everything you need.
Having your own bathroom means that our flat share is something like an intermediate thing between a normal flat share and your own apartment: You have (almost) all the advantages of having your own apartment, but you are never alone, because the kitchen remains the centre of the shared flat life.
The rent includes electricity, gas, water and internet (you will get your own router from the landlord).
Lage
Direkt in der Innenstadt gelegen, nur 1 Minute vom Schloss entfernt, ist die WG perfekt an den ÖPNV angebunden. Da das Schloss einer der zentralen Umsteigepunkte Darmstadts ist, hast Du hier eine riesige Auswahl an Bus- und Straßenbahnlinien, die dich schnell an Dein gewünschtes Ziel bringen.
Der Campus Stadtmitte ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die Lichtwiese erreicht man mit Bus oder Fahrrad in ca. 10-15 Minuten. Außerdem gelangt man innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit Bus/Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof und von dort in weniger als 30 Minuten nach Frankfurt. Die Innenstadtlage bedeutet darüber hinaus, dass alles, was Du für das tägliche Leben brauchst nur einen Steinwurf entfernt ist (der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich z.B. gegenüber).

Located in the city centre, just 1 minute from the castle, from which you can take almost any bus, the flat share is perfectly connected to public transport. This means that the Stadtmitte campus can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, and the bus or bike takes you to Lichtwiese in around 15 minutes. You can also get to the main train station within 10 minutes by bus / train and from there to Frankfurt in less than 30 minutes. The city centre location also means that everything you need for everyday life is just a stone's throw away (e.g. the nearest supermarket is opposite the flat).
WG-Leben
Kurz zu uns: Wir sind eine 4er-WG. Paula ist 29 und hat vor zwei Jahren ihre Promotion im Bereich Hydrologie begonnen. Louis ist 26, kommt aus Frankreich und arbeitet seit einem Jahr bei der ESA. Sven ist 27 und absolviert derzeit seinen Sportmanagement-Master. Wie du siehst sind wir also eine sehr gemischte WG 😊
Nun zu dir: Wir suchen einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin, der/die nicht nur hier wohnt, sondern immer mal wieder Lust auf einen gemeinsamen Abend o.ä. hat. Unser WG-Leben hat sich bisher immer sehr abwechslungsreich und freundschaftlich gestaltet - vom gemeinsamen Kochen, über Sport bis hin zu kleineren Ausflügen war schon alles dabei. Das wollen wir auch gerne beibehalten.
Du siehst also schon: Falls Du eine Zweck-WG suchst, bist Du bei uns also auf jeden Fall fehl am Platz. Du passt zu uns, wenn Du unternehmungslustig, offen und auch für spontane Aktionen zu haben bist.

About us: We are a 4 people enjoying living together. Paula is 29 and started her PhD in hydrology two years ago. Louis is 26, comes from France and has started a job at the European Space Agency a year ago. Sven is 27 and is currently completing his master in sports management. As you can see, we are a very mixed flat share 😊
Now to you: We are looking for a flat mate who does not only live here, but also participates in the shared flat life. Our shared flat life has always been very varied and friendly - from cooking together, to sports, to joined excursions or one or the other night of drinking. We would also like to keep it this way. So you can see: If you are looking for a functional flat share, you are definitely out of place with us. You fit in the flat if you are spontaneous, open-minded and willing to participate. It goes without saying that cleanliness is also very important to us :)

Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist das Zimmer von Viki. Das Zimmer kann teilweise möbliert gemietet werden (Kleiderschrank + Bett gegen Aufpreis)
