Es ist ein schönes und möbiliertes Zimmer zu vermieten. Das Zimmer geht nach Süden zum Garten raus, dadurch ist es hell und freundlich. Ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, eine lange gemütliche Sitzbank unter dem Fenster mit Stauraum, eine Matratze und eine Kleiderstange werden mit übergeben.

It is a nice and furnished room. The window in the room is located to the south and to the backyard, which gives a lot of light. The room comes with a desk and a chair, a cozy bench with storage space, a matress and a clothing rail.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rand des Johannesviertels, zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Johanniskirche beim schönen Wochenmarkt, bei Timms Cafe für einen leckeren Kaffee und im Herrngarten für einen kleinen Spaziergang. Auch der Luisenplatz und alle zentralen Orte sind zu Fuß, mit dem Rad und auch mit dem ÖPNV gut zu erreichen (Haltestelle Kasinostraße ist gleich um die Ecke).

The apartment is located close to the Johannisviertel, you can walk in just a few minutes to the Johanniskirche with its little farmers market every Thursday, to Timms Cafe to grab a delicious cup of coffee and to the Herrngarten for a nice little walk. The Luisenplatz and all other central places are very close and reachable by foot, bike or with public transport (bus and tram stop Kasinostraße is right around the corner).
Ich würde dann deine neue Mitbewohnerin sein. Ich studiere Architektur, weshalb ich eigentlich immer viel zu tun habe, trotzdem freue ich mich, wenn man sich mal in der gemütlichen Küche trifft zum quatschen und kochen.
