The apartment is located on the second floor. This is a 4 bedroom apartment, with a bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The available bedroom is 12sqm. The apartment is very spacious with a dining table in the living room and also a projector. There is also a basement for additional storage. There is a garden area with seating and a BBQ available for general use.
The apartment is located in the Waldkolonie region of Darmstadt, 10-15 minuted walk from the Hauptbahnhof. There is also a bus stop located 2 minutes from the apartment entrance. It is possible to take a bus from this bus stop to the Hauptbahnhof (4 minutes) or Luisenplatz (city centre in 10 minutes). Therefore it has very good connections to public transport.
The apartmet is also located next to a forest, ideal for walking, cycling, running. There is also a REWE supermarket located in the Hauptbahnhof which is open on Sundays, REWE, Tegut, and Aldi at Luisenplatz, or a large REWE Centre, Aldi and Lidl located around 15-20 minute walk away.
In addition to the shopping opportunities at Luisenpletz there is also the Loop5 shopping centre located 20 minutes walk away.
We are an international apartment (England, Scotland, India) looking for a new housemate as our 4th housemate is moving out due to a new job opportunity. We are a sociable flat and often enjoy spending time together as a house on certain occasions, however there is no obligation to do so. We often cook together or spend time socialising in the living room, watching TV and Films or playing games on the projector. We also socialise outside of the WG and go to bars or city trips together or camping in the summer. But we also have our own rooms for when we need time to ourselves.
We are looking for a hosuemate who is open to living in an International flat with people of different cultures and interested in spending time socially with us on some occasions. We would prefer someone who is able to clean up after themselves and take care of the commincal spaces.
