Ein 1-Zimmer verfügbar in einer 6er-Wohngemeinschaft im Zentrum von Darmstadt, nur wenige Gehminuten vom HBF entfernt. Die wg hat eine Mischung aus Studenten und Berufstätigen und ist international freundlich. Es gibt 5 erstaunliche Menschen, mit denen man sich verbinden kann. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der WG. Die Konnektivität ist ausgezeichnet, da HBF zu Fuß erreichbar ist (900 m) und die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür liegt. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und kann nach Ihren Wünschen eingerichtet werden. Die WG ist komplett ausgestattet. Es verfügt über Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Toaster, Grill usw. Alle in der WG sind sehr freundlich und genießen es, ab und zu eine schöne Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Wir spielen auch Spiele und feiern gelegentlich. Ansonsten ist die WG sehr ruhig und wfh freundlich. Der Wald ist auch in der Nähe, wenn Sie gerne spazieren gehen oder eine Radtour machen. ;)

A 1 Zimmer available in a 6 sharing wg in central Darmstadt walking distance from HBF. The wg has a mixture of students and working professionals and is international friendly. There are 5 amazing people to connect with. The bus stop is just in front of the WG. Connectivity is excellent as HBF is within walking distance(900mts) and the bus stop is just in front. The room is unfurnished and can be furnished as you wish. The house wg is fully equipped. It has washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, toaster, bbq, etc. Everyone in the wg are very friendly and enjoy spending some good time together from time to time. We also play games and party occasionally. Apart from this the wg is very quiet and wfh friendly. The forest is also nearby if you like to take walks or go for a bike ride. ;)
If you are interested, please write to me and we can arrange an online/virtual viewing for you via video call. Due to covid situation, face-to-face viewing is not possible.

Die Lage ist 2 km vom Luisenplatz entfernt, der sehr gut mit dem Bus verbunden ist (alle 15 Minuten). Der Luisenplatz ist in 6 Minuten und das HBF mit dem Bus in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. The location is 2 kms from luisenplatz which is very well connected by bus(every 15 minutes). It takes 6 minutes to reach LuisenPlatz and 2 minutes to reach HBF via bus. The bus stop is just in front of the WG. Connectivity is excellent as HBF is within walking distance(900mts) and the bus stop is just in front.
Es sind 5 Personen in der WG und die 6. Person wirst du sein. Alle in der WG sind sehr freundlich und genießen es, ab und zu eine schöne Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Wir spielen auch Spiele und feiern gelegentlich. Ansonsten ist die WG sehr ruhig und wfh freundlich. Der Wald ist auch in der Nähe, wenn Sie gerne spazieren gehen oder eine Radtour machen. ;)

Der Vertrag ist unbefristet und eine Stadtregistrierung ist möglich. Sie können den Vertrag jederzeit beenden, aber Sie müssen 1 Monat im Voraus informieren und einen Ersatz finden. Sie müssen eine Kaution in Höhe von 460 Euro zahlen, die bei Ihrer Abreise zurückerstattet wird.
The contract will be unlimited and city registration is possible. You can end the contract whenever you want but you need to inform 1 month in advance and find a replacement. You need to pay caution 460 euros which will be returned once you leave.
