Das Zimmer hat 17 Quadratmeter und ist rechteckig geschnitten mit einem großen Balkon, durch den viel Sonne in das Zimmer scheint. Durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss bleibt es hier auch im Sommer angenehm kühl und man hat einen guten Ausblick auf die Pflanzen, wodurch es recht ruhig ist. Im Zimmer ist Laminat verlegt und es wird partial-möbliert übergeben.
In der Küche gibt es bereits alles, was man braucht. Sie verfügt über eine Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, einen neuen Herd und einen Backofen.
Wir haben außerdem eine Spülmaschine und eine komplett neue Waschmaschine. Da diese erst vor zwei Monaten angeschafft wurde, hätte ich gerne einen Abschlag von 120€.
Ich würde auch gerne mein Bett, Große Tisch und 2 Schränke für 80 Euro abgeben.
Es gibt außerdem noch ein Kellerabteil, in dem du weiteren Stauraum hast.

The room is 17 square meters and rectangular with a large balcony, through which a lot of sun shines. Due to the location on the first floor, it remains pleasantly cool here even in summer, and you have a good view of the plants, which makes it relatively quiet. The room has laminate flooring and is partially furnished.
In the kitchen, there is already everything you need. It has a microwave, toaster, kettle, a new stove and an oven.
We also have a dishwasher and a completely new washing machine. Since this was purchased only two months ago, I would like an amount of 120€.
I would also like to give my bed, a large table and two wardrobes for 80 euros.
There is also a basement compartment where you have more storage space.
Das Haus ist direkt an der Kreuzung der Goethestraße mit der Heidelberger Straße, auf welcher die Straßenbahnlinien 1, 7 und 8 innerhalb weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar sind. Zusätzlich gibt es außerdem noch am anderen Ende der Goethestraße die Straßenbahnlinie 3, zu welcher man etwas mehr als 8 Minuten benötigt. Im Innenhof hat man die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder abzustellen.
Der Prinz-Emil-Garten nur eine Querstraße entfernt, bietet eine gute Gelegenheit, Zeit draußen zu verbringen. Auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in alle Richtungen sowohl zu Fuß, mit dem Rad aber auch mit der Straßenbahn gut zu erreichen.

In der WG wohnen Abed (22) und Dinah (21). Dinah studiert Bauingenieurwesen und Abed macht gerade seinen Bachelor in Informatik an der TU. Insgesamt hatten wir bisher ein eher unkompliziertes und harmonisches Zusammenleben. Man unterhält sich gern mal, wenn man sich in der Wohnung begegnet, aber es war doch eine Zweck-WG, sodass man hier auch gut die Tür hinter sich schließen und seine Ruhe haben kann.

Abed (22) and Dinah (21) live in the shared flat. Dinah is studying civil engineering, and Abed is doing his bachelor's degree in computer science at the TU. Overall, we've had a relatively uncomplicated and harmonious life together. We like to chat when we meet in the apartment, but it is a purpose-built (?) shared apartment, so you can close the door behind you and have peace.
Offizell wird das Zimmer zum 01.02.2023 frei, kann nach Absprache aber auch später bezogen werden.
Wenn du Interesse hast, bei uns einzuziehen, schreib gern eine Nachricht und erzähle dabei ein bisschen was über dich. Generell würden wir uns freuen, wenn du längerfristig hier wohnen möchtest, mindestens ein Jahr ist vom Vermieter vorgegeben.
