There is one free room at my apartment from Febrauray. Very well located (Roßdörfer Str., 64287, close to the city centre and the TU). The apartment is 78 m2 and the bedroom is around 15 m2. In total, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 full kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and 1 bathroom, and a spare room/living room. The kitchen has to be taken over for 166 €/person. There is safe parking space for bikes and a big cellar. The total rent with warm rent(includes gas heating), electricity and internet will be approximately 540 euros.

ich habe ab Febrauray ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung frei. Die Lage ist sehr gut (Roßdörfer Str., 64287, nahe dem Stadtzentrum und der TU). Die Wohnung ist 78 m2 groß und das Schlafzimmer ist ca. 15 m2 groß. Insgesamt gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und Backofen, 1 Bad und ein zusätzliches Zimmer/Wohnzimmer. Die Küche muss für 166 €/Person übernommen werden. Es gibt einen sicheren Abstellplatz für Fahrräder und einen großen Keller. Die Gesamtmiete mit Warmmiete (inkl. Gasheizung), Strom und Internet wird ca. 540 Euro betragen.
Very close to the bus and train stop, 2-3 minutes walking to bus L, and trams 9 and 2. 10 min walking to the city center and TU Darmstadt. Supermarkets and grocery shops at 2 min walking.
Ganz in der Nähe derBus- und Bahnhaltestelle, 2-3 Minuten Fußweg zur Buslinie L und den Trams 9 und 2. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Stadtzentrum und zur TU. Supermärkte und Lebensmittelläden in 2 Minuten zu Fuß.
In the flat we are Suraj(27) and Gitare(28). I am doing my Ph.D. at the TU and Gitare has started working in a company. We like to have a good environment at home with a balance between interaction and self-space. Cleanliness is important for us and so there is a cleaning schedule to be followed. We are very relaxed and during the week busy with our own work. I like to cook and sometimes we eat together on the weekends.
In der Wohnung leben Suraj (27) und Gitare (28). Ich promoviere an der TU und Gitare hat in einem Unternehmen angefangen zu arbeiten. Wir mögen eine gute Umgebung zu Hause mit einem Gleichgewicht zwischen Interaktion und Rückzug. Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, und deshalb gibt es einen Reinigungsplan, der eingehalten werden muss. Wir sind sehr entspannt und unter der Woche mit unserer eigenen Arbeit beschäftigt. Ich koche gerne und manchmal essen wir am Wochenende zusammen.
