Hello....The apartment is located on Ehrlichstrasse, Darmstadt, which will be ready for occupancy from May 1st, 2023.
It has 3 rooms, a hallway, a kitchen, a balcony and a toilet. The available room is over 18 m² and is unfurnished (a mattress, a drawer , a cupboard and a dining table are available). The contract will be for 1 year.
The room rent is 350 euros (electricity and Wifi separately; total amount max. 70 euros). The deposit is 870 euros euros. The surcharge of 100 euros is for the kitchen, which we brought with us.
The apartment is shared by two master's students from TU Darmstadt.
The exactly location is Ehretstraße 5, in Bessunger strasse Darmstadt.
The tram station to Eberstat can be reached in 3 minutes walk and that to Luisenplatz in 7 minutes.
Rewe and Aldi is also nearby, one tram stop difference is the distance (on foot, for less than 20 minutes to rewe and Aldi). Rewe to go is nearby ( around 5minutes walk).
The flatmates are friendly and reliable, two students also does part time jobs. You will not have a feeling of being alone. Weekly each should clean the common areas( doorway, kitchen and toilet).
