Die helle 4-Zimmer-Wohnung verfügt über ein großes, gemeinsam genutztes Wohnzimmer. Neben einem Bad mit Badewanne ist ein extra WC vorhanden. Die Einbauküche ist neu und verfügt über Markengeräte. An der Küche ist ein Balkon, von dem aus man einen schönen Blick über den Ort hat.

The bright 4-room apartment has a large, shared living room. In addition to a bathroom with a bathtub, there is an extra toilet. The fitted kitchen is new. At the kitchen is a balcony with a great view over the village.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Dreifamilienhaus in Seeheim. Alles fürs tägliche Leben (Supermärkte etc.) ist fußläufig zu erreichen und mit der Straßenbahn braucht man nur 25 Minuten zum Darmstädter Luisenplatz.
The apartment is located in a three-unit-property in Seeheim. Everything for daily life (supermarkets, etc.) is within walking distance and it only takes 25 minutes to get to Darmstadt's Luisenplatz by tram.
Deine Mitbewhoner sind Ruben und ich (Tim). Ruben arbeitet als Tanzlehrer in Darmstadt und engagiert sich in seiner Freizeit als Trainer für Fußballer mit Handicap. Ich bin Student an der TUD, arbeite als Vertretungslehrer am Schuldorf und bin ebenfalls Trainer in dieser Mannschaft. Mit uns zusammen wohnt Rubens Mischlingsrüde Nucky.
Wir versuchen ein aktives WG-Leben zu gestalten. Gelegentlich wird zusammen gekocht, ein Spieleabend veranstaltet oder gemeinsam Sport getrieben. Privatsphäre wird aber ebenfalls respektiert. Wenn die Zimmertür zu ist, ist das okay.
Ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist uns wichtig. Es gibt einen Putzplan und die Küche wird aufgeräumt hinterlassen.
Die Nachbarschaft hat einen niedrigen Altersdurchschnitt und es besteht ein gutes Verhältnis.
Your roommates are Ruben and Me (Tim). Ruben is a dance teacher in Darmstadt and is involved in his spare time as a trainer for handicapped footballers. I study at TUD, work as a teacher at Schuldorf and am also a trainer in this football team. Rubens dog Nucky lives with us.
We are an active flat-sharing community. Occasionally, we cook together, organize a game night or do sports. But privacy is also respected. If the door to the room is closed, that's okay.
A certain amount of cleanliness and order is important to us. There is a cleaning schedule and the kitchen is left tidy.
The neighborhood has a low average age and there is a good relationship.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Gartenanteil, der gerne genutzt werden kann. Im Moment handelt es sich um eine Wiese.
