Hello apartment seeker,
We are offering 1 rooms in a beautiful apartment located in the center of Darmstadt (2 minutes away from the Hauptbahnhof). three of our flatmates are moving out because of corona and that's why we are looking for new tenants.
The rooms is as follows:
- 16m2 for 465€ warm-rent.
The flat is modern and equipped with:
- 2 bathrooms (showers in both).
- Floor heating for every room and for the entire apartment.
- Fully equipped kitchen (including fridge and dishwasher).
- Access to roof terrace.
One of our tenant are moving out, you also get to choose the new tenants or bring a friend/partner.

Wir sind ein Math PhD student,ein berufstätig in der IT und zwei Studenten in HDA,wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Mitbewohner.
Wir sind sauber und ordentlich, bei Interesse trinken wir auch gerne mal was oder kochen zusammen.
