Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner bzw. eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere 5er WG!
Wir sind überwiegend Studenten und zwischen 21 und 27 Jahre alt.
Unser 180qm großer Altbau hat eine voll ausgestattete und geräumige Küche (Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine etc.) mit Klavierzimmer und ein Tageslichtbad mit Dusch-Badewanne.
DSL (16000) und Telefon-Flat sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Das Zimmer gleicht einer kleinen separaten Dachgeschosswohnung mit einem kleinen Schlafzimmer nebst Kammer und einem schönen großen Wohnzimmer.
Die Miete beträgt 265€ und ca.4 mal im Jahr 75€ Holz. Also im Schnitt 290€ pro Monat. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus. Die nächstschnellste Verbindung nach Darmstadt ist in 10min. per Fahrrad zu erreichen.
